Registration includes all technical sessions, hotel accommodations, meals and special activities. It does not include travel to the conference venue, in-room Internet, parking or incidentals at the hotel.

Once payment is received, we will send you a confirmation code via email. This confirmation code will enable you to make your own hotel reservations online. Hotel accommodations are included in the registration fee,

but you will need to fill out the hotel’s online registration form.

Participants who cancel their participation will be entitled to a partial refund.

No refunds will be possible for cancellations made after November 1, 2007.
