Italian Account Manager
Northern
Italy

This
position is based in northern Italy as part of our Italian team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for selling our laboratory
information management solutions throughout Italy.
Your
specific tasks will include:-
 |
Selling
STARLIMS solutions to new prospects within Italy
|
 |
Identifying and qualifying new
prospects |
 |
Performing ongoing account
management activities |
 |
Participation in road shows, trade
exhibitions and other events |
 |
Responding to customers' RFPs/RFIs
|
 |
Providing customer proposals and
quotations |
 |
Representing customer requirements
within the Company. |
 |
Managing the sales cycle to point of
order and supporting the transition through to implementation and
support |
 |
Participation in customer training
|
The
position requirements: -
 |
Proven track
record in selling laboratory information management solutions
|
 |
Familiarity with laboratory
environments and workflows, particularly in the chemical,
pharmaceutical, biotechnology, petrochemical and environmental sectors
|
 |
Experience with database
applications |
 |
Experience as a LIMS manager or user
would be advantageous |
 |
Track record selling to C-Level
executives |
 |
Understanding of GAMP 4 processes
|
 |
Excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written |
 |
Team player |
 |
Well
organised, results orientated ‘self-starter’ able to work under a
minimum of supervision |
 |
Willingness
to travel |
