Since the introduction of STARLIMS™ v10 web-based software technology in 2006 a fast growing number of companies select STARLIMS as their LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) solution in- or excluding SDMS (Scientific Data Management System) and ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook).

For the Nordic area we’re looking for : LIMS software engineer

Based upon your laboratory background and general IT skills, you will be trained in the STARLIMS software technology. By learning-on-the-job and personal coaching you will act as a LIMS software engineer within STARLIMS implementation projects.

The main activities consist of:

	Requirement analysis and documentation
	Applying standard STARLIMS functionality
	Configuring additional functionality within the STARLIMS software technology, based on requirements by the laboratory

Function requirements:

	Ambitious and result driven
	Laboratory background
	Experience / affinity with laboratory informatics, ICT
	Experience with LIMS, Oracle or SQL - desirable
	Fluent Swedish both written and spoken
	Knowledge of the English language
	Team player
	Good communication skills
	Prepared to limited travel
