Duties and Responsibilities:

	Act as Subject Matter Expert when performing Business Process/Activity analysis for projects
	Document and clarify User Requirements and assist with the development of User Requirements Specifications (URS) based on existing procedures, SOP’s and/or business life cycles
	To ensure that user requirements are being met within budget and on time
	Interface between the lab end users and the development team
	Carry out project management activities including the development of project scope, project plans, management of project resources and project close-out activities
	Coordinate the activities in the SDLC
	Compliance and validation oversight
	Willingness and ability to travel frequently

Requirements:

	At least five years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a must
	Strong knowledge of laboratory fundamentals, systems and processes required
	Degree in relevant fields: Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business or Engineering required
	Demonstrated experience with computer system validation essential
	Experience in formal IT system development and validation life cycle methodology preferred
	MBA or advanced degree beneficial
	Experience, training and/or certification with laboratory informatics systems, business information and/or quality systems highly desirable
	Familiarity with or strong affinity to IT concepts with working knowledge of Database applications desirable
