on-time service and receive accurate and timely information regarding
the development and installation of their systems.

LIMS Quality Policy
STARLIMS quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth through
adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of our
company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent
auditing authorities. Our quality management system will enable us to
provide the best value for our customers’ information systems
expenditures.
Achievement of this policy involves all staff, which takes individual
responsibility for the quality of their work, who constantly monitor and
measure our results, yielding a continually improving working environment
for all. Our Management shall provide leadership and training to all
employees to constantly seek improved quality at reasonable costs that
exceed the expectations of our customers. This policy is provided and
explained to each employee by the President or other executive responsible
for one of STARLIMS operating areas.
To
achieve and maintain the required level of quality, the President retains
senior management responsibility for the Quality System with daily
operation controlled by the Operations Manager. Our Quality System
includes control of the Quality Management Manual and the issuance of
procedures to assure quality throughout each of the STARLIMS offices

The objectives of STARLIMS Corporation’s Quality Management System are:

International Standard
ISO 9001:2000.

achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the Company's
reputation with all customers.

ensure compliance with relevant statutory, safety and environmental
requirements.

products and services to our customers in an environment centered on
