Max Schultz is a veteran enterprise software executive with a track record of building mission-critical products that customers depend on and scaling the organizations behind them.

As CEO of STARLIMS, he is focused on accelerating the platform’s next phase of growth and building on its nearly 40 years as the definitive solution for laboratory informatics and regulated manufacturing.

Prior to STARLIMS, Max served as Group General Manager at Redwood Software, where he helped triple revenues ahead of its 2024 sale to Vista Equity Partners and Warburg Pincus. Before that, he held various leadership positions at Test IO and served as CEO following its sale to NYSE: EPAM.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California. He’s a California native and still resides there with his family.

Ryan Lucas is the VP of Sales & Marketing at STARLIMS and a results-oriented sales leader with a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams within high-growth SaaS companies. He has experience developing global teams, creating new business functions, and leading complex sales cycles across diverse buyer groups.

He began his career at FORM, a Boston-based survey and workflow company, where he led the sales organization and contributed to a successful private equity exit. He later joined the UK-based AIM-listed company Checkit, leading North American operations and sales, where he gained deep experience in regulated industries.

At STARLIMS, Ryan focuses on supporting mission-critical operations for complex, regulated organizations and helping laboratories adapt to evolving demands through modern informatics solutions.

David Worth serves as Senior Vice President of Services & Support at STARLIMS, where he brings an intense focus on building and scaling high-performing delivery and support organizations. His leadership is centered on creating an exceptional customer experience for mission-critical applications and ensuring that every engagement delivers meaningful customer business value.

Before joining STARLIMS, David led and scaled business units spanning professional services, customer support, customer success, and product across various staged startups. He has also been a key contributor to three successful company exits. At STARLIMS, David is focused on scaling services and support operations while embedding a customer business-value mindset into every initiative, decision, and activity the organization undertakes.

David lives in New York, where he was born and raised, and is the proud father of three children. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis player and baseball (Yankee) fan.

Jason Furgala serves as Chief Financial Officer of STARLIMS. He brings over 25 years of progressive financial leadership experience across private equity-backed technology and software companies, with deep expertise in financial operations, M&A, and organizational transformation. Jason joined STARLIMS in 2022 as VP of Accounting, where he led the company’s global accounting function overseeing the transition from SAP to NetSuite, restructuring the accounting organization to a process-driven model, and supporting M&A activity. Prior to STARLIMS, he served as CFO of Quantros, where he led the successful divestiture of a major product line and drove the sale of the company in February 2021. Earlier in his career, Jason held senior finance leadership roles at RedSail Technologies, Concentrix, and IBM.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is based in Greenville, South Carolina where he lives with his wife, three kids and two dogs.

Micha Rozenhart brings a rare blend of scientific and technical expertise to STARLIMS, which he joined in 2004. Recognizing an opportunity to unite his background as a chemical laboratory technician with his experience in software development, he has spent his career bridging the worlds of the laboratory and technology.

As Vice President of Operations, Micha leads the Professional Services, Support, Cloud Operations & IT, and STARLIMS Academy teams globally.

Prior to STARLIMS, Micha served as a software engineer specializing in mainframe software development for various IBM business partners using VisualAge Pacbase. He began his career at the Netherlands Cancer Institute as a laboratory technician, where he was responsible for the analysis of various types of biological samples via HPLC.

Micha holds a degree in Chemical Laboratory Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool van Amsterdam), and resides in Alkmaar, The Netherlands.

Robert Lutskus is the General Manager of MODA at STARLIMS, leading the product’s commercial growth and strategic integration across the STARLIMS platform. A seasoned executive with over 25 years in life sciences and informatics, he brings hands-on experience scaling software businesses and driving digital transformation at global organizations.

What sets Rob apart is a uniquely deep relationship with MODA itself. Having worked with the platform in various leadership capacities for more than 15 of those years, he brings a level of product, customer, and market insight that is rare at the executive level.

Rob’s focus at STARLIMS is straightforward: grow MODA, deepen its value to customers, and fully realize its potential as part of the STARLIMS ecosystem. He is passionate about helping regulated industries modernize their operations through intelligent and connected informatics, as well as building the teams and strategies that make it happen.

David Meyer is a results-driven engineering leader with deep expertise in building and scaling high-performing global software development organizations across healthcare, laboratory informatics, and enterprise technology.

As Senior Director of Engineering at STARLIMS, David leads a global engineering organization responsible for enhancing STARLIMS’ full suite of LIMS applications. In his role, he has championed STARLIMS’ first AI initiatives that will transform the way internal teams and external customers use LIMS technology.

Prior to STARLIMS, David served as Director of Software Engineering at Bamboo Health (formerly Appriss Health), where he led Behavioral Health, Controlled Substances, Cloud, and Engineering Operations teams focused on software solutions for whole-person care. He began his career at GE Appliances, where he led major enterprise technology implementations including GE Appliances’ first direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform, Workday Payroll, and a global Learning Management System rollout spanning 9,000+ employees.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the J.B. Speed School of Engineering at the University of Louisville. He is a member of the University of Louisville’s Computer Science and Engineering Industry Advisory Board. David is a Louisville, Kentucky native and still resides there with his family.
